SHIPPING POLICY

Here at the studio of Lou Brennan we aim to process your order as swiftly as possible.
Please allow up to 5 days to prepare your order.

Payment must be in full before any goods are despatched.

Shipping is free on orders over €250

We use the registered service of An Post (Ireland’s national postal service).

A signature is required as proof of delivery.

Please let us know your courier details if preferred.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns from 14 days of receipt of the initial order. However, notification to return any goods must be made within 7 days of the original order being received.

All returns must be marked ‘GOODS FOR RETURN’ and failure to do so may result in unnecessary import duties and taxes being charged to the customer.

The goods must be in the original condition in which they were despatched with all the tags still in tact, unworn and in the original packaging and a copy of the invoice included.

Cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer and must be by registered post.

Please ensure to get a ‘proof of purchase’ and a tracking number from your Post Office.

Goods in the sale are non refundable unless faulty.
