Could you wrap my order?
We take a lot of care in wrapping and packing your purchases. Orders will arrive wrapped carefully with no mention of price. If you have any special requests then we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

How do I pay for my order?
Can I amend my delivery address after placing my order?
If you realise you have provided the incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to change the address providing the goods haven’t left our premises.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
We take great care to ensure that your goods are received in perfect condition. If, however, you receive an item that you believe to be faulty or damaged in any way then please contact us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
For faulty products you return we will refund you the cost of the return postage as well as the goods and your original delivery charge.
Who pays for return postage?
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund, we will refund you the value of the items returned minus the original delivery cost.
How do I return an item?

We care very much about our products and our service.
If for any reason you would like to return an item from us we will happily replace or issue a refund provided it is unworn and in a fully resaleable condition.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We advise that you obtain a certificate of proof of postage so that the goods can be tracked.
