If you realise you have provided the incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately at hello@loubrennan.com and we will do our best to change the address providing the goods haven’t left our premises.

We take great care to ensure that your goods are received in perfect condition. If, however, you receive an item that you believe to be faulty or damaged in any way then please contact us by email at hello@loubrennan.com within 7 days of receiving your order. For faulty products you return we will refund you the cost of the return postage as well as the goods and your original delivery charge.

We hope that you will be happy with your order. We care very much about our products and our service. If for any reason you would like to return an item from us we will happily replace or issue a refund provided it is unworn and in a fully resaleable condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to make a return please contact us directly at hello@loubrennan.com. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We advise that you obtain a certificate of proof of postage so that the goods can be tracked.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund, we will refund you the value of the items returned minus the original delivery cost.
